I am a dually certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

I have worked in both ER and outpatient settings, so I understand there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to the personal needs of each patient.

Dedicated to your health and wellness journey

My History

I started my career as a respiratory therapist, then went to nursing school and became a nurse practitioner. In both the ER and outpatient settings, I saw how many people were struggling with mental health concerns.

To better serve my patients’ needs, I completed a post-master’s

certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health at Washburn University. This has led me to start my own practice, where I can truly connect with patients and take the time to get to know them. Together, we create a treatment plan that fits their unique needs and supports their goals.

Why I Became an FNP/PMHNP

My path was not a straight line, there were many learning curves along the way. Through my own struggles and healing, I realized I could walk alongside others and offer support without judgment. I have a passion for helping others in the way I would want to be helped.

In my outpatient private practice, I care for patients with a variety of mental health conditions, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. I provide both medication management and psychotherapy for individuals ages 6 to 99.

In every appointment,

my goal is to create a space where you feel heard,

respected, and supported as we work together toward lasting change.

Our approach is personalized, ensuring that each client's unique health needs are addressed. We utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to promote healing and self-discovery.

I’m not here to fix you or make you better for others. I’m here to help you see your own strengths and challenges, so you can find the path that leads to the version of yourself you want to be.
